Official Matrimonial Policy & 7 Core Terms
1.EverBond Matrimony provides matchmaking and introduction services only. The final decision regarding any proposal remains with the applicant and family.
2.Membership and package fees are service charges. Payment does not guarantee compatibility, a proposal, engagement, marriage, or a successful match.
3.All information provided by the applicant must be truthful and complete. EverBond may request supporting or verification documents where appropriate.
4.Applicant information will be handled with reasonable confidentiality and may be shared with suitable prospective matches only for legitimate matchmaking purposes and with the applicant's consent.
5.The applicant is responsible for independently verifying identity, marital status, education, employment, financial position, family background, and other important information before proceeding.
6.Meetings should be arranged through mutually agreed procedures, with appropriate safety precautions and family involvement.
7.Cancellation, refund, membership validity, package upgrades, and any additional services or charges are governed by EverBond's written policies and fee schedule.
