1. Information Collection & Verification
During the bespoke registration atelier, EverBond collects essential personal, educational, professional, and family background parameters. This data is utilized strictly for one purpose: evaluating mutual compatibility with verified families within our curated network.
2. Unique Reference ID Masking
All portfolios presented to potential families utilize a masked identifier (such as EBM-PK-1092). Personal names and direct mobile numbers remain confidential at the secretariat desk until the first official telephonic introduction is coordinated by our senior matchmaker.
3. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion
Upon a blessed Nikah or upon written request from the applicant family, all stored identity dossiers and uploaded verification documents are permanently closed or expunged from active circulation within 7 business days.
4. Two-Phase Fee Integrity
EverBond operates on an ethical two-phase fee structure: a modest administrative onboarding fee followed by a success honorarium strictly payable upon confirmed Nikah. No hidden monthly renewals or unauthorized recurring subscriptions are ever charged.
